INFORMATION OPERATOR

Necessary qualifications:

-Graduate in the Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, IT or related field
-Very good knowledge of Greek & English.
-Very good computer knowledge
-White criminal record
-Experience in a similar position will be considered an additional qualification.

Duties:

-Monitoring and evaluation of signals obtained from the Central Station with effective response depending on its severity
-Call Center Management.
-Tracking closed circuits
-Contact customers
-Daily event checking and security reference preparation.
-Telephone support for technical problems.
-Ability to work in a shift system.

Offered:

Salary accordingly qualifications and experience
-13th salary (Christmas Bonus)
-Training in electronic security systems.
-Licensing Fund and provided for by relevant legislation (licenses, GESY, CLT)
