Honeywell’s OmniClass contactless smart card family is based on 13.56 MHz technology. The OmniClass family’s encryption provides more security than standard 125 kHz proximity. The OmniClass readers support IS014443A, 14443B and 15693, although the reader may only be able to read the card serial number on some cards. OmniClass credentials that are 16K can also store data for other applications, allowing campuses and other facilities to issue a single card. OmniClass credentials include multi-technology cards with OmniClass. |
